🕒Return Window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
📦 Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.
You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.).
Products with physical damage, scratches, or tampered warranty seals will not be accepted.
🔄 Exchange
We offer a one-time free exchange if:
You received the wrong item
There is a manufacturing defect (verified by our QC team)
💸 Refund Method
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of product inspection:
Prepaid orders: Refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
Cash on Delivery orders: We’ll issue a bank transfer after collecting your bank details.
🚚 Return Pickup
Free reverse pickup is available in major cities.
In case reverse pickup is not serviceable in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product. We’ll reimburse your courier cost up to ₹200 with a valid receipt.
